We got in touch with Clarence, the founder of The Perfect Knot, when we were looking for someone who truly understood our vision for an intimate Indian wedding. While most planners tried to steer us toward something grand and over the top, Clarence and his team were the only ones who genuinely got what we were going for and respected our desire for something more personal and meaningful.

From there, Saumita took over the planning and was absolutely incredible to work with. With just a month and a half to pull everything together, she didn’t miss a single detail. Her calm, meticulous approach made the entire experience smooth and stress-free for us.

When the big day finally arrived, every event was executed beautifully, just the way we imagined it. We had an absolute blast, and we’re so grateful to Clarence, Saumita, and the entire team at TPK for helping us create memories we’ll cherish forever.

I booked the Perfect Knot team for my wedding last Feb 2025. Based outside India and being non Indian, I needed a good team to rely on for the preparation of our wedding. We got a good support from Sahil since the very beginning. Though they were super busy with several events he managed to get us contacts for other suppliers needed. And I was able to get the best ones, in my opinion. I was initially worried of managing the preps from overseas, as I was not able to meet them often. But glad that they pulled off the event as per how we want it. My guests were amazed on how lovely was the set-up. I liked very much the decor and the designs in the venue. It was a destination wedding and we had an outdoor setup in the beach. It was all executed properly. I liked very much how they managed the full event. They are for sure experienced professionals in this field. I’m grateful to the whole team, Saumita and Sahil.
