Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by The Perfect Knot, a wedding planning business based in Goa, India. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Offered
The Perfect Knot offers wedding planning services including venue selection, vendor coordination, Décor Set design, Artist Management, Event Programming and on-site management. Specific services may vary based on client requirements and customizations.
2. Booking Process
Clients may initiate bookings via an intimation on email, or phone. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment of a booking amount.
Clients may cancel any booking request or engagement by providing written notice to The Perfect Knot via email.
Upon confirmation of a booking, a booking amount shall become payable in accordance with the applicable client agreement. The booking amount includes a non-refundable component intended to compensate The Perfect Knot for reserving event dates, allocating planning resources, undertaking consultations, engaging vendors, and foregoing alternative business opportunities for the reserved dates.
In the event of cancellation, any refund entitlement shall be governed exclusively by the terms of the executed client agreement.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:
- The period remaining before the scheduled event date(s);
- Planning work completed prior to cancellation;
- Vendor commitments, advances, or deposits incurred;
- Third-party costs that are non-refundable or non-recoverable; and
- Other expenses reasonably incurred by The Perfect Knot in connection with the event.
Where a confirmed client agreement exists, cancellation charges and refund eligibility shall be determined in accordance with the cancellation provisions contained in such agreement. Any applicable refunds shall be adjusted against outstanding costs, advances, fees, and contractual obligations prior to processing.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which written notice is received by The Perfect Knot.
4. Liability Disclaimer
The Perfect Knot is not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party vendors sourced by the Client directly and not via The Perfect Knot, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information and not use the website or services for unlawful purposes. Misuse of the website or services may result in termination of access.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of The Perfect Knot and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation shall be conducted in Goa, India.
9. Data Protection Compliance
