The Perfect Knot offers wedding planning services including venue selection, vendor coordination, Décor Set design, Artist Management, Event Programming and on-site management. Specific services may vary based on client requirements and customizations.

2. Booking Process
Clients may initiate bookings via an intimation on email, or phone. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment of a booking amount.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and communicated The Perfect Knot via email. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the client agreement and may vary depending on the notice period and services rendered.

4. Liability Disclaimer
The Perfect Knot is not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party vendors sourced by the Client directly and not via The Perfect Knot, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.

6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information and not use the website or services for unlawful purposes. Misuse of the website or services may result in termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of The Perfect Knot and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation shall be conducted in Goa, India.
